How will I receive my leads/brochure requests?
All companies in the directory have a form page to request additional information such as a brochure or catalog. This request is sent both to you and Travelroads in an e-mail request.
How can I make changes to my listing?
After your account is setup we will issue you with a password that will allow you to manage your account, make changes and check leads.
How does Travelroads differ from the pay-per-click model?
Travelroads takes pay-per-click to the next level. In a pay-per-click model you pay for each visitor to your site even if they do not request information on your tours. Travelroads only charges when the visitor requests a brochure.
What if I have questions. Do you have a customer service department?
Yes. Our customer service department can be reached by telephone (9am-5pm M-F EST). Call us at (800) 523-7274.
Can I control the amount of leads?
Yes. You can place a ceiling on the amount of leads you desire each month. If you login to the system you can turn your listing on or off at any time. The changes are done real-time.
What do I have to do to get started?
Travelroads takes care of all the production work. Just send us a copy of your brochure and a short and long description of your brochure or products. You can even change your description online.
Can I have links from Travelroads to my site?
No. Links out of Travelroads take away our valued customers.
