Kayak among the ice of calving glaciers and pods of humpback whales or hike the Tongass -one of the last unspoiled temperate rainforests in the world. After a day of adventure there is nothing quite as inviting as our classic wooden vessel-"coming home" to a great casual gourmet meals (sometimes of seafood caught that day) and sharing stories and good cheer with the rest of the group amid the long, luminous Alaskan twilight.
