Alaska Wildland Adventures

Since 1977, Alaska Wildland Adventures has operated unique mulit-day guided natural history safaris that feature small-group travel, comfortably rustic backcountry lodges, and delicious healthy meals.

Safari and lodge activities include hiking, wildlife viewing, sightseeing, rafting, fishing, flightseeing, and relaxing within the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge, Denali National Park, and the Kenai Fjords National Park. Additionally, programs interpreting Alaska's natural and cultural history are featured on each of more than 100 summer trip departures.

Alaska Wildland Adventures is dedicated to sound environmental and sustainable tourism practices. They strive to maintain a low level of impact on the natural environment, offer many opportunities for guests to learn about the natural and cultural history of the areas visited, and select quality local businesses to service their trips. The company also contributes 10 percent of its pre-tax earnings to local and national environmental organizations and encourages their guests to contribute $2 per trip day for local conservation efforts to protect Alaska's wild lands.
